PAYMENT POLICY
Payments are accepted via all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payments can also be made by cash or bank transfer upon request. An optional payment plan is available through ClearPay — Please get in touch for more information. For all jobs that exceed a total value of £50, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due upon collection of the completed work. No work will begin until the deposit has been received and confirmed. All card payments are processed securely using encrypted technology to protect your personal and financial information.
Customer satisfaction is a priority, and every effort is made to provide a high standard of service and quality. In the event that a customer is dissatisfied with the service provided, a discretionary refund may be offered. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and refunds are not guaranteed. Any concerns must be raised within 7 days of collection. Refunds will not be issued for change-of-mind or dissatisfaction based on subjective preference once the agreed work has been completed.
